The METSO NORDTRACK S2.5 two-stage screener allows the screening of sand and gravel, agricultural materials such as topsoil and wood pellets, aggregates and coal. It is suitable for small construction sites, short construction sites and at the start of operations. It can be used as a pre-scalper and as a tertiary screen that can reach a screening capacity of 450 t/h. The profitability of missions requiring frequent change of location is enabled by its compact design and robust chassis. In addition, the remote control with its wireless controller ensures a safe distance from the moving machine and allows total visibility of the surrounding area. It is equipped with a two-deck screen with an upper deck of 3 M 66 X 1 M 37, a lower deck of 3 M 45 X 1 M 37 and a belt feeder with a hopper capacity of 6 M3. Its conveyor of dines measures 800 mm, its conveyor of intermediate fraction of 800 mm and its conveyor of overclasses of 1200 MM. It is equipped with a 120 horsepower Caterpillar C4.4 engine.
